Food quality and safety systems C.Vale
C.Vale has a BAP (Good Aquaculture Practices) certificate for the slaughtering and processing of whole or part fresh tilapia (fillet, belly, steak and skin) frozen separately or in bulk, cooled fillets and tilapia, Mechanically Separated and Mechanically Ground Meat frozen in bulk, packed in polyethylene or styrofoam.
The cooperative maintains controls in the poultry slaughterhouse processes, such as deboning, processing and sale of poultry meat products and anatomically non-identifiable cuts of birds, and in the process of seed production, processing, industrial treatment, quality control and commercialization, as well being certified the process of production and sale of cassava starch and modified cassava starches. according to the international standard NBR ISO 9001, which aims to continuously improve the quality of our products, processes and services.
C.Vale has the certification of the Kosher system for the manioc starch and modified manioc starch products produced and marketed.
The poultry segment is committed to the practice of safe and sustainable agriculture, involving producers, companies, cooperative members, food processors and distributors. The cooperative has Global Gap certification for the production of broiler chickens involving the Breeders, the Hatchery and the Poultry Development, and for the production of feed intended for broilers and breeders, involving the three Feed Factories, and throughout the entire supply chain. production is the Swiss ALO FREE standard.
The Poultry Complex follows quality and food safety standards in the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety processes, following international standards for food industries that want to ensure their customers the ability to produce healthy, quality food. The poultry slaughterhouse follows the rules of the HACCP Food Safety Assurance System – Codex Alimentarius, through the analysis of all production stages to identify existing hazards and define control measures, important for food safety, and through the certificate of the Halal Guarantee system, it meets the requirements established by the Muslim religious community.
